18th C Dutch Bombe Chest in an Old Red Surface

A beautiful 18th C Dutch bombe chest with wonderful proportions, beautiful lines and a great painted surface. The color is a muted red, although a later paint, the artisan who painted this piece, was highly skilled, the depth and surface of the paint is outstanding. A great decorative Dutch country piece of furniture in painted pine, with great size and form. One of many chests available.
