Striking vintage black lacquered Siamese stand with an octagon top gilt decorated with figures under a tree with a floral border. The eight sided base is gilt decorated with elephants, birds and leaves over architectural arches. Signed “To Mr. W. R. Cummings From Dennison & Co. Rangoon – Burma 1929”.
