Mid Century Chinese Wicker Horse

Mid century Chinese wicker horse with a contagious exuberance and one hoof balanced benevolently on a swallow. The 2nd century bronze sculpture is on display in the Gansu Provincial Museum in China. All this presented on a classical ebonized chinoiserie base.
